Mr. Mitchell graduated from Buckingham University in 1987 with a BSc (Hons) Economics. In 1995 he obtained an MBA from Exeter University. After a seven year grounding in smaller public company analysis and investment at Framlington Investment Management Robert joined F&C (formerly ISIS Asset Management plc) in 1995 to help launch the AiM Trust and then assist in its management. He was then responsible for launching and managing The AiM VCT plc and AiM VCT2 plc as well as managing The Discovery Trust plc. In 2005 Robert left F&C to form Bluehone Investors LLP. Robert is Chairman of CYBA PLC, Chairman of Ezilla Inc. Director of Bioenergy Group Limited and non-executive director of Intosol PLC. Robert was previously a non-executive director of Water Intelligence PLC.
John Smallcombe

Mr. Smallcombe is a creative producer with 40-years’ experience in feature film production. John began his career as an assistant director working with such luminaries as Fred Zinnemann, Michael Apted, Hugh Hudson, Richard Lester, and Ken Russell. His credits are numerous and include Lucky Lady, Tommy, Chariots of Fire, and Triple Echo. For a decade he worked with Oscar-winning producer, John Daly (Terminator, Platoon, Salvador, The Last Emperor, etc.).

This direct experience in managing a fund of this size and nature, in addition to Mr. Fawcett’s expertise in managing complex financial structures, risk assessment demonstrates the team’s capability to steward investor capital effectively.

An Independent Executive Producer of films and also a leading entertainment attorney in Los Angeles. He was a Senior Executive Vice President of 20th Century Fox prior to forming Cinema Group, Inc. Bill has also produced as executive producer of over 35 motion pictures including Ray starring Jamie Foxx (which was nominated for several Academy Awards and received Best Actor and Best Editing awards).
Bill Immerman began his career as a Deputy District Attorney for the County of Los Angeles and soon after entered the motion picture industry with American International Pictures (AIP) as Associate Counsel. During his seven years at AIP, Bill acted a Director of Business Affairs, Executive Assistant to the Chairman of the Board and Vice President of Business Affairs. With a career spanning over 40 years, he served as Senior Executive Vice President of the Feature Film Division of Twentieth Century Fox, representing Fox on the board of directors of both the Motion Picture Association of America and Association of Motion Picture and Television Producers.
He has also been Vice Chairman of Cannon Pictures, Inc. and under contract to Warner Bros. as a producer. While at AIP, Bill also served on the board of directors of The International Film Importers and Distributors of America, Inc. He has established several independent production companies including Salem Productions and Cinema Group, Inc. He serves as a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and has served as an arbitrator for the Independent Film and Television Alliance (formerly AFMA), the non-profit membership organization of all the leading international motion picture distributors. In addition, he is recognized as an expert on the motion picture industry by many of the courts in the U.S. and frequently testifies in arbitrations and court cases, federal, state and international, as an expert.
